Originally built in 1050 AD, the villa has undergone a complete renovation and now features a private garden and swimming pool. With a stunning panoramic view, spacious terrace, and parking area, the villa sits on over 100 hectares of land in the beautiful Nature Reserve of the Tuscan Apennines, offering excellent trekking and cycling trails. It's the perfect place to unwind with family or friends and explore the famous Pisa Leaning Tower.
The villa has ample room for guests, with two large bedrooms on the upper floor, each with a private bathroom and wardrobe. One of the bedrooms also features a spacious work area with a breathtaking view of the valley. The rooms are adorned with traditional antique pieces and two large beds. Downstairs, there is a charming dining area and a vast living room with a fireplace and TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, and washer. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower and toilet accessible from the terrace.
